Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING POLICY: Orders can take 3-7 business days to ship. Custom products can take up to 3 weeks for shipping depending on several factors such as availability of supplies, your approval time, and/or the moon phase for custom elixirs. International shipping will take longer depending on geographic location. We will keep you updated via email on your shipping.
RETURN POLICY: Upon delivery, carefully inspect packaging and all items received. All sales are final, with the following exceptions:
- We offer exchanges on items received that show manufacturing defects. In such case, Brewing Intuition will be responsible for all return shipping costs as well as the shipping costs for exchanged items. Naturally occurring flaws in crystals and crystal beads are normal and are not a valid reason for exchange. We do our best to provide accurate photos of all of our beads and crystals.
- We offer exchanges or returns on items that are the incorrect size. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs as well as the shipping costs for exchanged items.
- To be considered valid, all claims must be made in writing and received within 5 days of delivery date.
- Prior to the exchange, the customer must email email@example.com and receive confirmation of acceptance for exchange from Brewing Intuition before shipping returned merchandise to us.
- Brewing Intuition is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred through shipping.
- We will not accept merchandise for exchange or return that has been worn, used, altered or damaged due to use.
